Load and Go Carrier was tracking loads and driver assignments by hand and generating invoices manually at the end of each billing cycle. Because invoicing was disconnected from day-to-day dispatch, office staff had to re-enter the same trip details after the fact, which meant billing lagged behind the work and bookkeeping was always playing catch-up.
